Everyone that knows me understands that I am a huge DIYer. DIYing allows you to get your hands dirty, gives you a sense of accomplishment upon completion, and saves you money. I have already mentioned that I’m a self-confessed “Gleek”.  However, what I haven’t mentioned is that my fellow Gleeks and I like to try out different wine pairings with our dinners while we watch.  I’ll be first to admit that I don’t have the developed palate of a sommelier nor do I have the arsenal of adjectives that they employ to describe what the wine tastes like.
