$9.99 HDTVs and Bargain Hunting

2009 Black Friday Survival Guide

This will be the first Black Friday I will not be working on in four years.   To be frank, I’m  stoked!  Not because I’m going to do the whole wait in line and freeze my f’n ass off thingamajig, but because I get to sleep in!  If you don’t already know, Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving and the busiest shopping day of the year.  Retailers lull you in with doorbusting sales, one day promos, and an occasional prize for early line goers.

Price Adjustments; Save Money AFTER the Purchase

Ever want something so much that regardless of the price, you would dish out for it?  I would be surprised if you said “NO”.  The frugal thing to do is NOT make the purchase and move along but sometimes when you’ve made up your mind, your frugal sixth sense never has a chance.  What if I say that it’s okay to make that purchase although it’s not on sale.
